On Sunday, September 28, 2025, a master’s thesis defense was held at the College of Law at the University of Mosul. The defense was titled:
“The Impact of Sustainable Development Goals on Enforcing the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.”
The thesis aims to identify and implement an integrated package of effective policies, programs, and strategies to achieve inclusive and equitable sustainable development for all, including persons with disabilities, while highlighting the role of sustainable development in enabling them to participate effectively and equally in society.
The defense committee consisted of:
