Conditions for applying for evening studies at the College of Law – University of Mosul

* For international students who hold a high school diploma from outside the country, they may apply for evening studies at government colleges exclusively through the Central Admissions Department/Expatriates Division, in reference to Chapter 5, Section 1, Section 5 of the Student Affairs Procedures Manual and Admissions Regulations.
* To apply for evening studies, the student must be of Iraqi nationality and hold an Iraqi preparatory school certificate in the scientific, biological, applied, and literary branches, certified by the General Directorate of Education in the governorate or an equivalent certificate. The minimum admission score must be (65%), with the possibility of authorizing university councils to reduce the minimum admission scores by no more than (3) points depending on the needs of the governorate and the university, in accordance with the principle of university independence.
* Non-Iraqi (resident) students who hold an Iraqi high school diploma are initially accepted for evening studies.
* Students whose registration has been suspended for morning studies are entitled to apply for evening studies, provided that the suspension is not due to cheating or disciplinary punishment.
* Students who have completed the central admission registration procedures are not eligible to register for evening studies unless they submit a request to cancel their admission after registration. They are not entitled to reapply for central admission.
*Ministers and those of similar rank, members of the House of Representatives, and those with special grades are also not eligible to apply for evening studies.
*Among the conditions for applying for evening studies is a written pledge from the student applying for evening studies, stating that they are not included in the special grades. Otherwise, their admission will be canceled by the Ministry after it is notified of the matter.
