The second season of the Legal Awareness Program, implemented by the Legal Aid Volunteer Team at the University of Mosul’s colleges, has been launched.
The Legal Affairs Department, in cooperation with the Department of Parks and Technology at the University Presidency, and with the participation of Professor Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad Abdullah from the College of Law at the University of Mosul, launched the first week of the program at the College of Tourism Sciences, attended by its Dean, Professor Dr. Manal Raafat Khalid. The program aims to spread legal culture and enhance awareness of laws among students and staff across the university’s various colleges, highlighting topics such as drug control, criminal law, bullying and domestic violence, cyber-extortion, and personal status law.
