On Monday, December 8, 2025, at the College of Law, University of Mosul, a master’s thesis defense was held for student Nibras Tariq Mahmoud Abdullah in the Private Law Department. The thesis, titled “Salary Domiciliation Contract (An Analytical Study),” addressed the definition of a salary domiciliation contract, exploring its advantages and disadvantages. It also analyzed its legal nature and essential elements, reviewed the most prominent theories interpreting this contract, and identified the parties involved and their respective responsibilities. Furthermore, the study aimed to establish a secure mechanism for salary distribution in light of technological advancements and the simplification of bureaucratic procedures.
