Master’s thesis discussion

On Sunday, December 14, 2025, the Faculty of Law held a discussion of the Master’s thesis entitled:
“The Legal Regulation of Investment in Highways – A Comparative Study,” submitted by student Raja Hassan Mahmoud, as part of the requirements for obtaining a Master of Laws degree.
The thesis addressed the legal aspects of investment in highways, examining the adequacy of current legislation and its ability to provide a stable and secure legal environment for investors, while simultaneously ensuring the protection of public funds and the state’s rights when investing in this vital sector.
The study aimed to highlight the importance of the legal regulation of investment in highways as a fundamental pillar of infrastructure development, given the pivotal role of road networks in supporting commercial, economic, and social development.
The examining committee consisted of:

At the conclusion of the examination, the committee commended the scholarly efforts exerted in the thesis and its scientific and practical significance, wishing the student continued success in her academic and professional career.
