Commemoration of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
The Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law, University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Human Rights Division at the University Presidency, held a celebration commemorating the 77th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
This celebration aimed to raise awareness of human rights culture and solidify its principles, highlighting the most important human values enshrined in the Universal Declaration and their role in supporting justice and human dignity. The event took place on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, in Dr. Layla Hall, with the attendance of faculty members, researchers, and students.
This event is part of the ongoing academic and humanitarian activities organized by the College of Law to contribute to spreading legal awareness and promoting a culture of human rights within the university community.
