The fourth book by Dr. Nashwan Zaki Suleiman, a lecturer in the College of Law, specializing in Private Law, has been published. Titled “Personal Status: Marriage and Divorce – A Comparative Study between Islamic Jurisprudence and the Iraqi Personal Status Law No. 188 of 1959 and its amendments from its issuance until the latest amendment in February 2025 concerning the Code of Ja’fari Jurisprudential Rulings and its stance on matters of personal status, marriage, and its dissolution.”
