The scientific committee has been informed of the request made by dr. tayma'a Mahmoud fawzi ,involving the modification of her paper title from " proxy for the legally deficient and legally incompetent before the civil judiciary " to the new title " proxy for the legally deficient and legally incompetent before the civil judiciary – a comparative study " .
