Due to the outstanding efforts made by the Assistant Professor Dr. Sahar Hayal Ghanem, a lecturer in the private law branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul while she was a member of one of the administrative committees in the presidency of Mosul University, she was honored with a book of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Doctor.
