The establishment of an electronic workshop under the title ((Legal drafting of official books and the reasons for administrative orders))

The Continuing Education Center / Training Division held a workshop at Nineveh University, under the title Legal drafting of official books and terms of administrative orders

The course was presented by one of our college teachers, Prof. Ali Muhammad Reda, Faculty of Law / University of Mosul, on Monday 2/15/2021, through the (Zoom) program

The aim of the workshop was

The first objective is to enable the public employee to formulate his administrative decision in particular and to answer what he receives from official books in general, in addition to the reasoning of the administrative decision, which includes two basic parts, the first of which is the legal reason for the administrative decision and the realistic reason for the administrative decision

The second objective // ​​to identify the specific jurisdiction of each division and the powers that fall under it are embodied in the discretionary power granted by law to the directors of the divisions and administrative units within the framework of the integrated administrative system
