Scientific promotion
Based on the university order No. 9/16/19903 on 3/7/2023, Dr. Qaidar Abdul Qadir Saleh, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, was promoted from the rank of assistant professor to the rank of professor, and in turn, the Deanship of the College represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative cadre, and its students, Dr. Qaidar Abdul Qader Saleh, were promoted, wishing him more creativity and giving in service of the march of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university and our Iraq Father.
