Based on the directives of the Presidency of the University of Mosul, represented by Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and the members of the University Council, on the importance of community interaction and communication, and in accordance with the plans of the Deanship of our college, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, to work to spread the legal culture among the segments of society. And its various segments, in addition to communication and interaction with state departments and institutions, a community study entitled The Role of the Internet in Drug Trade was completed, presented by Dr. Hoda Hadi Mahmoud and Dr. Ahmed Fares Idris / Human Rights Law Branch, which was submitted to the General Directorate of Narcotics Affairs in Nineveh Governorate, where it addressed The study examines the phenomenon of drugs through the virtual world/the Internet, as it is one of the new phenomena that still needs research and study in a way that leads to an understanding in a sound, integrated scientific manner, in addition to the implementation of therapeutic legal provisions. This study comes within a series of societal scientific studies aimed at educating society and its members about the dangers of drugs and explaining their relationship. On the Internet in case of negative use and the risks it poses that threaten the security of society and the stability of its members.
