The Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its late students, mourns the loss of the student (Salvana Nihad Yalda), fourth stage/morning study, who died as a result of the painful fire that broke out in Al-Haytham Hall in Al-Hamdaniyah District, may God have mercy on her and grant her family, relatives, and lovers patience and solace.
