In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Isser Essam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Branch, and under the chairmanship of Dr. Nashwan Zaki Suleiman and the membership of Dr. Taha Saleh Khalaf and Dr. Muhammad Yahya, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, and the draft registration of the master’s student Fares Fadel Abbas’ tagged dissertation was discussed. (The problem of the nature of divorce / a comparative study) Under the supervision of Dr. Amer Mustafa Al-Dabbagh and in the presence of members of the branch’s teaching staff, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the private law/personal status law branch
