Scientific participation
On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, Dr. Raida Muhammad Mahmoud, one of the teaching staff of the private law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of a committee discussing the doctoral thesis entitled “Protecting Others from the Invalidation of the Real Estate Sale Contract” by the student Saber Hussein Aliwi/College of Law at Tikrit University. The committee approved Discussion of the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate degree in private law. This participation expresses the scientific sobriety and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and teaching staff of our dear college and our prestigious university.
