In the presence of Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and headed by Professor Dr. Sahar Muhammad Najeeb and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Dawla Ahmed Abdullah and Assistant Professor Dr. Laith Dhanoun Younis, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, and a project for recording a message was discussed. Master’s student, Hawas Ali Khalaf, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel and in the presence of members of the branch’s teaching staff. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the public law branch.
