Scientific participation
On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the committee discussing the doctoral thesis entitled “Constructing Dams on International Rivers in accordance with the Rules of Contemporary International Law” by the student Haider Moneim Ahmed. The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the Requirements for obtaining a doctorate degree in public law. This participation expresses the scientific sobriety and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and teachers of our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud race.
