Professor Dr. Yasser Basem Thanoun, one of the teachers of the private law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the committee discussing the doctoral thesis entitled Addressing legislative deficiencies with the legal assumption/comparative study, by the student Haneen Wajdi Ismail. The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate degree in Private law, and the above participation expresses the scientific sobriety and the prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and teachers of our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
