Under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Dr. Mustafa Natiq Saleh and Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya / Private Law Branch, our college’s student team participated on Saturday, November 4, 2023, via the Zoom application, in the commercial arbitration competition that will be held by the Saudi Arbitration Center. Commercial / The first training course within the United Nations Development Programme, where the mechanism of participation and the method of writing arbitration memorandums related to the arbitration case and answering questions related to the competition were explained. The above participation comes within the plans of the Deanship of our college and its programs to motivate its students to participate in scientific, research and cultural activities and events aimed at Developing cognitive talents and scientific abilities in a way that contributes to being aware of the latest developments in the field of legal studies in its various branches and specializations.
