Under the chairmanship of Dr. Ansam Ali Abdullah and the membership of Dr. Rana Essam Ayed and Dr. Hassan Talal Younis, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Monday, November 6, 2023, and a project for recording the dissertation of master’s student Taha Ali Muhammad was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Abu Bakr Ahmed Othman and in the presence of members of the branch’s teaching staff. In view of the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the public law branch.
