Under the chairmanship of Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi and the membership of Dr. Osama Ahmed Muhammad and Dr. Israa Younis Hadi, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, and the project for registering the dissertation of doctoral student Manal Muhammad Ahmed was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Abbas Fadel Saeed and in the presence of members of the branch’s faculty. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the public law branch.
