In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, Chairman of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Committee, and a number of college teachers, our college hosted on Monday, December 11, 2023, Brigadier General Issam Walid Al-Obaidi, Director of Criminal Evidence in Nineveh Governorate, accompanied by A number of members of his department, where a practical lecture was given to the initial study students (in the subject of criminal investigation), in which he explained the modern scientific methods used in the conduct of the Criminal Evidence Directorate’s work, in addition to explaining the methods of dealing with criminal cases that contribute to revealing the truth. The devices and equipment used in the field were also presented. The work of the Directorate above, and this lecture comes within the efforts aimed at activating the practical aspects in a way that contributes to consolidating the theoretical study and its information in the mind of the student and preparing him to engage in the practical reality after graduating from the college. At the conclusion of the lecture, the Deanship of the College awarded the visitors with certificates of appreciation in appreciation of their distinguished efforts aimed at conveying Live applications of theoretical study and presenting them to students.
