In the presence of Dr. Isser Essam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, headed by Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein and the membership of Dr. Raida Muhammad Mahmoud and Dr. Fathi Ali Fathi, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, and the project for recording the thesis of master’s student Alaa Abdul Rahman was discussed. Masto, under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the private law branch.
