Commercial arbitration competition

Within the activities of the commercial arbitration competition in which the College of Law at the University of Mosul participates and which is sponsored by the Saudi Center for International Commercial Arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, our college team, represented by the two students Ahmed Saad Ibrahim and Muhammad Mahdi Muhammad / third stage, qualified for the final pleading in attendance after passing many teams from Arab universities with relevant qualifications. Continuing participation in the above competition, where our college team achieved the above result after strenuous efforts and diligent steps in two basic rounds and four arbitration sessions. The above achievement comes as a result of the unlimited support from the presidency of the University of Mosul, represented by Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, and the deanship of our college, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim. Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, in addition to the continuous follow-up from the Presidency of the Private Law Branch, in addition to the pivotal role that had his wonderful imprint by Dr. Mustafa Natiq Saleh in supervising the team and preparing it scientifically and mentally to participate in this competition, which demonstrated the distinguished status of scientific edifices and cognitive monuments represented by the colleges of our Iraq. Al-Aziz and his universities, which were and still are a cultural radiance and a knowledge platform that provides Iraq and the world with expertise that has its scientific and practical standing on the humanitarian and cultural levels,,,
