In the interest of the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, to participate in community activities and events, and in cooperation and coordination with the Department of Diwan Affairs at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, a number of our college’s teaching staff participated on Wednesday, May 16, 2024. Under the leadership of Dr. Soha Hamid Salim, Chair of the Central Committee for Women’s Affairs in our college, the afforestation campaign aims to increase the area of the green area within the University of Mosul and Nineveh Governorate, and the role of this in combating desertification, reducing the phenomenon of global warming, and establishing a pure environmental atmosphere, in addition to its contribution to combating pollution.
