In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in making the twenty-seventh international scientific conference successful, entitled Drugs from a Religious, Legal, Health, and Social Point of View, and Their Negative Impact on Youth, which was held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
