Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Dhafer Madhi Faisal / College of Law at Tikrit University in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the public law branch, Nawaf Mahdi Jawir, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi. The Dean of the College, in turn, congratulates the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Dhafer Madhi Faisal, wishing him more practical giving and academic creativity in service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
