Professor Dr. Faris Ali Omar, one of the lecturers of the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Thursday, August 15, 2024, in the membership of the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis entitled Procedural Right in Civil Procedure Law – A Comparative Study by researcher Tariq Abdul Aziz Omar / College of Law at the University of Fallujah. The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in private law. The above participation expresses the scientific solidity and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and lecturers of our dear college and our venerable university.
