The Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, extends its best congratulations and blessings to Professor Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, one of the lecturers of the Private Law Department in our college, on the occasion of the renewal of his chairmanship of the Central Scientific Promotions Committee in the Presidency of the University of Mosul, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
