In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Nawar Najib Tawfiq, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in the work of the workshop entitled Legal Responsibility of the Registration Department for Forgery of Official Documents and Documents Related to Student Affairs, which was held by the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, Dean of the College of Fine Arts. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Nawar Najib Tawfiq, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
