In view of the efforts made by Dr. Hala Ahmed Muhammad, one of the female human rights law faculty members at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and her role in supporting the scientific process at the University of Mosul and giving specialized scientific lectures on democracy and human rights at the College of Engineering, she was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Dr. Pierre Jaafar Al-Sulayfani, Dean of the College of Engineering, and in turn, congratulates the Dean of our College, represented by Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its request by Dr. Hala Ahmed, wishing her more practical giving and knowledge creativity
