In the presence of Professor Dr. Ayser Issam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and headed by Dr. Mustafa Natiq Saleh and the membership of Dr. Bushra Khaled Turki and Dr. Muhannad Ibrahim Ali, the Seminar Committee for the Private Law Department met on Sunday, October 13, 2024, and discussed the project to register the master’s thesis for the student Raja Hassan Mahmoud under the supervision of Dr. Radwan Hashem Hamdoun and in the presence of the faculty members of the department. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Private Law Department.
