Headed by Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef and membership of Dr. Faris Ali Omar, Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, Dr. Ali Obaid Awad and Dr. Ruwa Khalil Ibrahim, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Thursday, October 25, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the doctoral student Mahmoud Muhammad Sharif under the supervision of Dr. Yasser Basem Dhnoon and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Private Law Branch.
