Within the series of scientific, research and academic activities of the professors and lecturers of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law and one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department, completed a project for a postgraduate program with three levels for the Higher Diploma, Master’s and Doctorate in Digital Law, which he was assigned to prepare by the International University of Irbid, where he headed the legal team that included a number of Arab professors from various Arab universities. The team completed its tasks by submitting an integrated study, the first in the Arab world in the field of digital law. For its part, the International University of Irbid granted a letter of thanks and appreciation to the presidency of the above team and its members,,,
