A training workshop on performance evaluation for the academic staff for the academic year 2023-2024,,,
Under the supervision and attendance of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul and the members of the College Council, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division in our college held a training workshop on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, related to evaluating the institutional performance of the teaching staff in our college based on the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in this regard, where Dr. Rawaa Younis Al-Najjar, Head of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division in our college, explained and clarified the main data that are filled out by the instructors included in the evaluation according to the form approved by the Ministry, with a statement of the axes related to the required data and information related to the courses that the person in charge taught, classroom management, the relationship with students, blended education, and the methods adopted in evaluating students, with a comprehensive explanation regarding the division of grades on each axis. The workshop witnessed the attendance being directed by the head and members of the evaluation committees to many questions and inquiries related to the subject The workshop was answered in detail, and the workshop aims to provide a comprehensive explanation and clarification of all instructions and procedures related to the evaluation in an effort to achieve accuracy in the evaluation.
