Qualifying Workshop on Legal Research Methodology and Requirements for Publication in Global Containers and Al-Rafidain Journal of Law,,,
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law, and the members of the College Council, and with the follow-up of Dr. Omar Qusay, Head of the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Division at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, and Assistant Professor Dr. Shaima Abdul Sattar Jabr, Head of the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit in our college, the above unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit and Al-Rafidain Journal of Law, held its qualifying workshop entitled Legal Research Methodology and Requirements for Publication in Global Containers and Al-Rafidain Journal of Law on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, which witnessed the presentation of a number of lectures that explained how publishing in global containers is done, its goals and its importance for students in strengthening and consolidating their scientific messages and theses, as well as its importance for the teaching and research staff in consolidating and strengthening their scientific research, as well as its contribution to obtaining The lecturers received high grades in the annual performance evaluation. The workshop also addressed the methodology of legal research and publication in the Al-Rafidain Journal of Law, where it clarified the mechanisms through which specialized legal messages and theses can be produced that contribute to serving societal issues, starting from choosing titles to proposals, recommendations and results. The workshop witnessed the presence of the college’s lecturers, researchers and graduate students who directed many questions and inquiries about the topic of the workshop, which were answered in detail by those in charge of it. Then, Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad Abdullah, Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, distributed certificates of appreciation to the lecturers in appreciation and appreciation of their efforts in holding this workshop, which comes within a series of scientific, research, cultural and student activities for our college during the current academic year 2024-2025.
