In the presence of Dr. Ayser Essam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Department, headed by Dr. Bushra Khaled Turki, and the membership of Dr. Munhal Abdul-Ghani Mustafa and Dr. Radwan Hashem Hamdoun, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Department met on Sunday, December 8, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the master’s student Taqi Ali Jumaa under the supervision of Dr. Rawaa Younis Mahmoud and in the presence of the faculty members of the department. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Private Law Department.
