The Second National Moot Court Competition in the Field of International Humanitarian Law in Iraq

Assistant Professor Dr. Fathi Muhammad Fathi, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the second annual Moot Court Competition in International Humanitarian Law, which was set up by the International Committee of the Red Cross in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, during which six teams competed representing faculties Law in Iraqi universities interchanges roles between prosecution and defense during court sessions, and this participation represents the endeavor of the Deanship of our college to motivate its members and encourage them to participate in scientific, research, cultural and applied activities and events that have an active role in embodying theoretical information in practice on the ground and the role of this in actual consolidation When the student met during his study period and prepared him to engage in practical reality by practicing legal and judicial work after graduating from the college.
