Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law, and with the follow-up of Professor Dr. Doha Muhammad Saeed, Head of the Women’s Affairs Committee at the College of Law, and in the presence of Dr. Nagham Abdul Sattar Hussein, Head of the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the Women’s Affairs Committee at the College of Law, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul and the Continuing Education Unit, held a scientific workshop on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, entitled Concepts of Justice and Human Rights and Promoting the Values of Peace and Tolerance and Resisting Extremism, in which Dr. Ahmed Faris Idris presented a research paper in which he discussed the importance of promoting the values of tolerance and love among all segments of the Iraqi people and working to deepen the bonds of peaceful coexistence that establishes a democratic state that includes all segments of the Iraqi people and enhances their development, advancement and prosperity. This workshop comes within a series of workshops that the Presidency of the University of Mosul aims to implement in colleges as part of the implementation of the third national plan,,,
