In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University, Prof. Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Mohammed, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Assistant Professor Dr. Qidar Abdel-Qader Saleh, Head of the Public Law Branch, headed by Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, and the membership of Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel, Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf and Dr. Dawlat Ahmed Abdullah On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, the Seminars Committee of the Public Law Branch met and discussed the draft of the doctoral student’s thesis, Nagham Abdul Sattar Hussein, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sivan Pakrad Mesrob and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch.
