Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, and in the presence of a number of members of the Faculty Council and its teachers, and under the slogan (Scientific research is our way to advancement and progress), Al-Rafidain Journal of Law was established on Tuesday, December 21 2021 its annual scientific training workshop (Scientific Research Writing Skills in the Light of Contemporary Variables), where the workshop was based on two axes. The importance of its joining the global scientific platforms and its contribution to the definition of its distinguished scientific level and its steps towards electronic publishing, which began in 2013 and which has witnessed a remarkable development until this day. The magazine is also committed to the plan of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for you Its requirements, the most important of which is its inclusion of modern research with objective titles, with the need to refer to it in studies and research and to cite and quote it in future studies subsequent to publication. As for the second axis of the workshop, it dealt with the mechanisms of writing and publishing for academic purposes, in which Dr. Nihaya Matar Al-Obaidi/International Legal Center for Development explained Sustainable / Canada, where it showed the importance of developing the researcher’s skills in writing scientific research and the need for the scientific paper prepared for publication to include a streamlined, interconnected structure with international standards that contribute to the understanding of the recipient researcher at different scientific and academic levels of the content of the research or the published scientific paper, and the workshop witnessed attendance Distinguished and interactive, who asked many questions and inquiries about the topic of the workshop, which were answered in detail by the organizers. At the end of the workshop, Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi distributed certificates of appreciation to the participants in the workshop
