Al-Rafidain Forum 2022 (the world is changing) – College of law

In the presence and participation of a number of official figures representing the legislative, executive and judicial authorities, in addition to academic and scientific figures from inside and outside Iraq. Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the fourth Al-Rafidain Forum (the world is changing), which was held in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, for the period September 26-29, 2022, where the forum witnessed the establishment of a number of workshops that discussed digital transformation The energy sector and the world are changing, the Iraqi constitution and the role of non-governmental organizations in guiding public policies, in addition to many issues raised on the national and international arena, whose effects can be reflected at the global level.
This was shared by Dr. Luqman Othman, speaking at the workshop (The Iraqi Constitution: Continuous Violations.. Deferred Amendments.. Absent Solutions).
This participation comes within the activities of the College of Law at the University of Mosul in motivating its members to spread their legal expertise on a societal scale, which contributes to providing the best solutions and offering more research and studies that have a role at the international and national levels.
