Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul participated on Thursday, October 6, 2022, in the discussion of doctoral student Sami Jabbar Hassoun/College of Law at the University of Kufa about his thesis tagged the role of the constitutional judiciary in the rule of law/a comparative study, The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law, and this participation reflects the scientific sobriety and the prestigious academic position enjoyed by the professors and teachers of our dear college and our prestigious university.
