Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Idris Qadir Rasoul/Faculty of Law at Soran University in supporting the scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of a master’s student in the Human Rights Law branch, Qais Mahmoud Hadi, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and in turn, congratulates the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Idris Qader Rasoul, wishing him more scientific giving and academic creativity in service of the march of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university and our proud Iraq.
