Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Saadoun Haseeb Aref/College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk in supporting the scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of a master’s student in the human law branch Lawrence Raafat Fadel, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by the assistant professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, handed it over on behalf of the Dean of the College, Prof. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs. In turn, the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Saadoun Haseeb Arif, wished him more scientific giving and academic creativity in service of the science and knowledge journey in Our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
