Research for a higher diploma in the branch of human rights law on the role of the Islamic endowment in promoting sustainable development as a human right,,,
On Tuesday, November 1, 2022, the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a higher diploma research on the role of the Islamic endowment in promoting sustainable development as a human right. Part of it was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and a number of members of the Council The college and its teachers.
The research presented by the student Younis Hazem Saleh in the Human Rights Law branch dealt with the prominent role of the Islamic endowment in promoting sustainable development as a right of Rights that were and still are one of the important goals to preserve natural resources for future generations, to make good use of them now, to raise the standard of living for communities, to achieve health and food security, and to direct human resources towards optimal use.
The research aims to show the importance of the endowment in the Islamic community for its role in achieving many things that contribute to the civilized renaissance of the Islamic community, in addition to the statement of the endowment departments, the most important of which are charitable, civil and joint endowments.
The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yunus Yahya, with the membership of the teacher, Dr. Amer Mustafa Ahmed, and the membership and supervision of the assistant professor, Dr. Shaima Abdul Sattar Jabr.
