Assistant Professor Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul participated on Sunday, November 20, 2022 in the membership of the discussion committee of the doctoral student Zainab Mahmoud / College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk for her thesis tagged criminal policy in the light of globalization / a comparative study The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law, and this participation reflects the scientific sobriety and the prestigious academic position enjoyed by the professors and teachers of our dear college and our prestigious university.
