Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul participated on Thursday, November 17, 2022, in the discussion committee of the doctoral student Sakar Hussain Kaka D/College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk for her thesis tagged the balance of responsibility between administration and individuals A comparative study, and the discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law.
