In the presence of the delegation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which was headed by Dr. Haider Hassan, Director of the Studies and Planning Department in the Ministry, and a number of members of the Council of the University of Mosul, and Dr. Qabas Hassan Awwad, Chair of the UNESCO Chair in our university, and with the participation of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, and a number of members of the Council The college and its teachers, the University of Mosul concluded on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, the work of the Peacebuilding Conference, which it held in cooperation with UNESCO in Iraq, on the occasion of obtaining a UNESCO chair. The third day of the conference witnessed a lecture on the future of education in reducing violent extremism and building peace in Iraq In addition to a dialogue session, the conference also witnessed a remarkable attendance by the students of our college, as their attendance expressed their interest in university activities and events in general and activities related to legal specializations in particular and their role in developing scientific capabilities and knowledge talents among students.
