Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the activities of the project “Strengthening Mechanisms of Participation between Governmental and Security Institutions and Civil Society” funded by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), where the Popular Aid Organization, Nineveh Office, implemented a mediation session in Erbil for a number of government representatives And the local authority and the community of Mosul district, where the attendance varied to include a number of representatives of the departments and institutions of Nineveh Governorate, in addition to representatives of civil society organizations and its various segments, in addition to a number of affiliates of the universities of Nineveh Governorate.
